The Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of outage projects field execution including acting as the Project Technical Representative assignee for work instruction step signoffs, work instruction change management, schedule impact notifications, and contractor issues resolution. Under minimal supervision, acts as a specialist for specific projects with detailed knowledge of all aspects of the projects including planning, scheduling, and control of project activities. Coordinates upcoming hand-offs with supporting work groups to ensure effective hand-offs. Maintains project logs and leads shift turnover meetings. Performs other functions as directed by the EN project manager.
Required education and skills: • A Bachelor’ s degree from an accredited college or university and six years of experience in nuclear power plant operations/maintenance/engineering OR;
• An Associate’ s degree from an accredited college or university and eight years of experience in nuclear power plant operations/maintenance/engineering OR;
• A High School Diploma or GED and ten years of experience in nuclear power plant operations/maintenance/engineering.
