Electrical Test Manager

Williams Industrial Services Group, LLC

Desired Qualifications:   Experience in preparing, reviewing, field implementation, and closure of Nuclear power plant initial test program component and preoperational test procedures and test packages.  Must have at least 5 years’ experience leading a highly effective and technical team.  Individuals must be able to be qualified as test engineer supervision per ANSI / ANS 3.1-1993 and be qualified as test engineers per NQA-1-1994.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  Knowledge and experience with electrical installation and testing of Nuclear or Power Plant components and/or systems.  Knowledge of industry standards on grounding, cable separation, instrument installation.  Ability to read and interpret regulatory and industry specifications and standards to ensure correct implementation and testing by the contractor per the design and quality requirements established by such regulatory and industry specifications and standards.  Ability to read and interpret writing diagrams, piping isometrics, cabinet configuration drawings, and logic drawings.  Must be excellent communicator that can interface with multiple groups across the organization.  Experienced managing a project to maintain schedule adherence while staying with the project budget.  Excellent written and oral communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills.  Individuals must have experience using Microsoft Office products (particularly Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Maximo.  Some bending, climbing, crawling, and lifting will be required.

4.  Is this position supporting a Government Related Project?   No

5.  Does this position require unescorted access to the protected area of a nuclear plant? No.  However, it does require the ability to obtain a badge (unescorted access) for access to the Nuclear Development Vogtle 3&4 Construction site.   

6.  Estimated Start Date: Week of December 9th, 2019 (or sooner if possible)

7.  Estimated Duration of Work Assignment (should not exceed 1 year): 1 year (extension possible)
